Forgive me for being a "newbie", but what is this saver coupon book you are talking about? Is that something you pick up at Walgreens?
Yes you pick them up at the front. In Clinton, they are right when you walk in. It is just a little booklet that shows you what is free. You only need the book if you mail in your rebates. If you do them online then it will just ask for your receipt number.
